Stagedge utilizes multiple CDN’s (Content Delivery Networks), which prepare the live video for delivery to multiple devices, including desktop computers, mobile devices and tablets. The end user connection speed will determine the quality of the video. For the best experience we recommend the following:

• View the live broadcast from a wired or wi-fi connection with a minimum download speed of 5-10 Mbps (Users can test their connection at https://fast.com/)

• Player Controls: Play / Pause, Volume Control / Mute, Live (Red Dot - DVR ONLY) / Seek to Live (Gray Dot - DVR ONLY), Quality Adjustment (Default set to Auto depending on connection speed) & Fullscreen Mode.

• Operating Systems: Windows, Mac OS, iOS & Android

• Supported desktop browsers: Google Chrome (Win & Mac), Microsoft Edge (Win & Mac), Safari (Mac), Firefox (Win & Mac), Firefox ESR.

• Supported mobile browsers: Chrome Mobile (Android & iOS), Safari Mobile (iOS).

• To listen to Audio Only on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Browser and Play Video
  2. Press POWER BUTTON to lock your phone, the video may pause
  3. Press POWER BUTTON again to show the lock screen and press play on the video displayed on the lock screen
  4. The audio will continue to play from the video with the screen off

• To listen to Audio Only on an Android:

  1. Open Browser and Play Video
  2. Open video in Fullscreen
  3. Press the POWER BUTTON to lock the phone
  4. Press the POWER BUTTON again and unlock the phone
  5. Swipe down from top of screen to display the paused video.
  6. Click play, audio will continue to play from video with screen off
