What Information Does Stagedge Collect and How IS the Data Used?
Stagedge collects and processes data that is necessary for our legitimate business interests and purposes. We process only the types of Personal and Non-Personal Information described below, and we maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of this information.
The Services may collect certain information automatically about your mobile device if you use a mobile device to access the Services. The automatically collected information may include but not be limited to: (i) the type of mobile device that you use, (ii) the unique device identification number of your mobile device, (iii) your mobile device’s IP address, (iv) the type of operating system running in your mobile device, (v) the type of internet browser that you utilize, and (vi) information about your usage of the Services.
We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations applicable to our operations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
Personal and Business Information
When you use the Services, we may collect what is generally called “personally identifiable information,” or “Personal Information,” which is information that specifically identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information include name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
The Mobile Apps may utilize GPS technology, IP address, other sensors such as nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points or cell towers, or other similar geolocation technology in order to determine your current location, if enabled or necessary for use of the Services.
We use the data we collect to further our legitimate business interests, which include providing, improving, and marketing our Services. We may use the information collected to (i) provide the Services to you, (ii) personalize your use of the Services, (iii) communicate with you, respond to your requests, and related activities, and (iv) improve or enhance the Services. You can opt-out of receiving certain or all communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in a communication.
We store and process data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with our Services or information related to the Services we offer. In determining how long to store your information, we will consider: (i) whether we are currently providing Services to you; (ii) the length of time since we last provided Services to you; (iii) the likelihood that you may want or need our Services in the future; (iv) our legitimate interests in processing the data to provide, improve, or market our Services; (v) any communications or requests which we have received from you; and (vi) your rights or interests in minimizing the processing of your data.
Where consent is required for lawful processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.
Certain Non-Personal Information about Website visits is recorded by the standard operation of the internet servers on which the Website is hosted, including but not limited to: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of device(s) used to access the Services; (iv) web browser(s) used to access the Services; (v) referring webpage or other source through which you accessed the Services; (vi) geolocation information; and (vii) other statistics and information associated with the interaction between your browser or device and the Services. Non-personally identifiable information may be used to improve the design and content of the Services or to personalize your experience.

Social Media Cookies
These cookies are used when you share information using a social media sharing button or you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking site such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. The social network will record that you have done this. This information may be linked to targeting and/or advertising activities.
“Web Beacons” (a.k.a. clear GIFs or pixel tags) are tiny graphic image files imbedded in a web page or email that may be used to collect anonymous information about your use of our Services, the websites of selected advertisers and the emails, special promotions, or newsletters that we send you. The information collected by Web Beacons allows us to analyze how many people are using the Services, using the selected advertisers’ websites, or opening our emails, and for what purpose, and allows us to enhance our interest-based advertising.
We may use third-party website analytics services in connection with the Services, including, for example, to register mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity and text that you type into the Site. These website analytics services generally do not collect Personal Information unless you voluntarily provide it and generally do not track your browsing habits across websites that do not use their services.
Mobile Device Identifiers
Mobile device identifiers are data stored on your mobile device that may track mobile device and data and activities occurring on and through it, as well as the applications installed on it. Mobile device identifiers enable collection of Personal Information (such as media access control, address, and location) and Aggregate Data. Mobile device identifiers help Stagedge learn more about our users’ demographics and internet behaviors.
Like many standard website servers, our web servers use log files. Log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and number of clicks. Log files are used to analyze trends, administer the site, track aggregated users' movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Is Information Shared with Third Parties?
Stagedge will share your Personal Information with our business partners for whom we may collect your Personal Information or as otherwise obligated by our contractual commitments.
Stagedge does not sell your information to any third parties, except as consented to or directed by you. If we use any subcontractors, each subcontractor that may access your information will be contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all information accessed.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets or engage in other strategic transactions. In such transactions, your information may be transferred to: (i) a parent or subsidiary; (ii) an acquirer of assets or equity; or (iii) a successor by merger.
We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to (i) comply with applicable laws; (ii) enforce an agreement with Stagedge; or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Stagedge, our users, or others. Potential uses may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.
We have industry reasonable security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control. The security measures include system and network components, and application components. When the website is accessed using a compatible internet browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that the data are safe, secure, and available only to you.
Communications from Stagedge
Users who provide contact information may occasionally receive email updates or information from Stagedge. To respect privacy, we present the option to decline these types of communications.
Users who no longer wish to receive e-mail communications or other information from Stagedge may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the “unsubscribe” link in an email.
Restricting or Objecting to Processing
You may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, or other applicable laws or regulations, to restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Information and/or non-Personal Information. If you would like to object to or restrict such processing, you may make such a request by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Upon receipt of your objection, we will take steps to cease processing your data for direct marketing purposes.
If you would like to object to the processing of your data for any legitimate business purpose other than direct marketing, you may make such an objection at any time on any grounds relating to your particular situation. We will review all requests to determine whether processing should be discontinued.
Access, Transfer, Removal, or Modification
You may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, or other applicable laws or regulations, to access, transfer, remove, correct, or otherwise modify your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information from our system. If you would like us to access, transfer, remove, correct, and/or modify your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information in or from our system, you may make such a request by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you request access to your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information, we will comply with all applicable laws and regulations to provide necessary information. Where permissible, we may charge reasonable fees to cover the administrative costs of providing access to your data.
If you request to transfer your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information to another controller, such information will be transmitted without hindrance, provided that such transfer is technically feasible.
If you request deletion of your account, we may retain some information in our records after deletion of your account, including but not limited to any information or records that we are legally obligated to retain. If you request modification of your information, we will review such request and determine if modification is required. Additionally, you may modify your own information by logging into your account. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

The Service is hosted in the United States and intended for use solely by individuals in the United States. If you choose to use the Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your Personal Information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing.
