President
As the President of massAV since 1985 and now of Stagedge, our new brand in 2020, Pat continues to be responsible for setting strategic direction for the company working with the leadership team and supporting them as they manage their departments and helping them carry out objectives and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Pat is directly responsible for the sales group and manages the Hotel contracts throughout New England area. Promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance and rewards productivity is her overall goal. As a practitioner of yoga allowing time for reflection and “headspace” is critical in her life.
Vice President
As Vice President, Melissa is responsible for managing the Operations, Production and Technology teams at Stagedge and works closely with leadership on strategic and tactical planning and decision making to achieve business results. Melissa brings over 25 years of corporate experience and has a strong background in human resources across Event, Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors for private and public organizations. The past 8 years Melissa has been in the role of Director of HR and currently heads up this function as well. Melissa has years of experience and passion in the areas of communication and organizational alignment, learning and development, process improvement and change management . Melissa enjoys partnering with other professionals as a Business and Personal coach certified at Babson College. She also has a B.S. from Bryant University. When not working Melissa loves heading north to the beach and enjoys time with her husband and 2 teenagers!
Director of Solutions
Controller/Director of Finance
Paul brings over 25 years of accounting and financial experience to the position of Controller/Director of Finance, where he is responsible for financial reporting and operations. Paul has experience working with both public and private companies and has successfully managed businesses during periods of substantial growth.
Paul brings an MBA from Suffolk University with him to the role. He and his wife, Patti, have 2 children. Paul is a dedicated Patriots and Bruins fan and enjoys playing golf when time allows.
Director of Technology
Aaron is responsible for Stagedge’s technology strategy, staff technical evaluation, and training. He also oversees the company’s fleet and facilities departments and leads a cross-functional research and development team for an industry-leading inventory of tools and equipment. Aaron brings more than 21 years of industry experience to the role, including work as a Project Manager and Technical Director, as well as various hands-on technical roles while remaining highly involved with the engineering design of many large-scale projects. His degrees include a B.S. in Leadership & Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College.
Director of Production
Rich “Mank” carries over 30 years of management, event, and video production experience. Drawing from this depth of experience from his tenure with NRT and BlueEyed Production, Rich brings a fresh perspective to Stagedge productions by combining strategic direction, staffing, and leadership as well as hands-on experience producing and directing a wide variety of live and recorded media. An avid Red Sox fan, youth sports coach, and proud family man, Rich and his wife Tina have two amazing children.
Technical Director
Chris joined the Stagedge team in 2005, bringing with him his Television/Radio production experience at La Salle University. After a seven-year tenure working as the Director of Audio Visual Services at The Westin Providence he transitioned into the role of Senior Project Manager. He has since expanded his technical knowledge and headed many successful events for Stagedge. Today, Chris is one of Stagedge’s seasoned Technical Directors. Clients appreciate his attention to detail and communication skills.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family, competing in USTA Tennis leagues, and traveling to places he has never been to before.
Sr. Technical Director
With more than 20+ years of experience in a wide range of production roles, Aaron represents one of our finest Technical Directors. Traveling around the country, and the globe, is just another day at the office for Aaron. His diverse skills as a lead audio engineer and rigger with multiple certifications give Aaron a depth of experience unmatched in the industry.
Aaron’s innate production senses make him Stagedge’s “go-to” on shows both large and small. His ingenuity, innovation, and uncanny ability to find the perfect solution with remarkable calm keeps him on every client’s A-list.
Art Director
Jason’s journey into design began at a young age and was cemented with a BFA from UMass Lowell with a minor in Art History. His years of experience working with clients from Fortune 500s to start-ups has taught him that while a wide-ranging skill set is essential, it must constantly evolve in the myriad worlds of digital design. The journey now continues as a multidisciplinary Art Director with an eye for innovation and strategic execution. Presentation design, content creation, logo design, branding, print collateral and stage design are a small sample. His goal is to combine knowledge and experience in these areas, and deliver exceptional creative to clients and their audiences. When he’s not doing design work, he is seeking out great food experiences.
Assistant Director of Solutions
Richard understands events and production from multiple perspectives, from vendor to facility to customer. He shares his 30+ years’ experience as a technician, producer, director, and Senior Account Manager by offering his clients solutions that are both practical and creative. Since 2002, Richard has delivered unfailing customer service for Stagedge, providing intense attention to detail while always keeping an eye on the big picture.
He knows that technical support is the most important component of an event. It’s a difference maker, and is critical for successful communication. He appreciates the unique importance of each and every event/production and takes great pride in seeing a project’s careful planning come to successful fruition.
Richard is a published writer and photographer, with a Bachelors from Emerson College.
He enjoys a diverse range of music, books, and movies, relaxing on the porch with a craft beer or glass of Pinot Noir, and watching the tide roll in (and out again). He’s an avid bicyclist, an accomplished story teller, and the World’s Greatest Dad, 1996 to the Present… with the T-Shirts to prove it.
Account Executive
As an Account Executive on our Solutions Team, Allison works with clients around the country to help bring their virtual and live events to life.
A graduate of Northeastern University and Cape Cod native, Allison has dedicated her career to supporting events, marketing, and communications programs throughout New England.
In her spare time, Allison volunteers her time and her expertise to education programs and initiatives for empowering women in the workforce.
Account Executive
Mark brings over 25 years in the events industry to his role as an Account Executive at Stagedge. Over nearly two and a half decades, Mark has supported thousands of successful events with his consultative selling approach and has expertly managed the event production process from inception to execution.
With extensive experience at countless venues across New England and beyond, Mark specializes in working with corporate, academic, medical, sports, and software clients, leveraging his unique perspective to help develop custom technology solutions to meet the varied demands each client requires. As a past Band President in college Mark has a life-long love of music, and although he’s retired his saxophone, he still enjoys putting his musical talent to use as a church song leader.
Time off is often spent with his two sons enjoying a walk, board game, or cheering on the Patriots and Red Sox.
Solutions Engineer
With over seven years of experience working hands-on in the live events industry, Melissa Wolfe is an integral part of our Solutions Team, providing support to our sales experts and clients alike. A Certified Wedding and Event Planner, Melissa consistently leverages her expertise in the world of live events to support Stagedge clients in achieving their vision for their event programs. Melissa also works directly with our website development team to help build out interactivity and registration features for Virtual Events.
When she’s not helping bring client events to life, Melissa loves spending time with family and cooking new recipes.
Sr. Solutions Engineer
Joshua has over 20 years experience in web development having worked with companies and institutions such as MIT, RSA Conference and Sophos. As Senior Solutions Engineer, Joshua develops and deploys cutting edge web solutions for our clients.
In his free time, he enjoys art, music, and collecting vintage toys.
