Project Management/ Systems Manager

Stagedge is seeking a Project Management / Systems Manager to join our team! This role is an exciting opportunity for the right person who wants to spearhead a new initiative and be the internal champion and lead responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project management standards, best practices, operating procedures to develop an internal project management program. This role would lead the selection process for a new project management tool and going forward be the “Super User.” 

  • This role will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and provide ongoing training and system support to ensure all project teams have clear guidelines and access to proper tools to deliver a best-in-class project management experience.
  • This role is responsible for developing an approach and standard for all Productions, live, hybrid and virtual events from the kickoff of an active job with key leads through post show deliverables and debriefs, to ensure a solid and consistent process through all phases of a project.

The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience working in a Project Management Office or comparable Project Management background within an organization. An understanding of the Production Industry and the high-level phases involved with an event is a plus. Project Management certification is a plus. Experience with implementing a project management tool or similar experience that is transferrable is necessary. An organized, meticulous, and effective communicator both written and verbal are qualities of an ideal candidate. Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Project, PPT, word, Outlook Teams, Project management software i.e., Monday, Trello, Asana). Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
