The Nantucket Project
The Nantucket Project
A four-day island gathering of 500+ attendees, delivered with a calm, intimate, handcrafted feel across main-stage and overflow spaces.
- 500Attendees
The Nantucket Project’s annual gathering brought speakers, artists, and thinkers together for four days of conversation on the island. Stagedge worked closely with tent and staging partners to ensure the build met the event’s unique logistical demands while maintaining the intimate, handcrafted feel TNP is known for. Our team supported main-stage presentations along with overflow spaces, keeping the technical footprint clean and unobtrusive, and digital signage helped guide guests across the venue’s shifting settings.
The challenge
A VIP, executive-level gathering on an island demanded a build that met unusual logistical constraints while preserving the intimate, handcrafted character that defines The Nantucket Project. The technical presence had to support serious main-stage and overflow production without ever distracting from the tone of the programming.
The Stagedge solution
We coordinated pre-production with tent and staging vendors to align layouts and timelines, delivered AV, lighting, staging, and daily technical support for the main tent, and provided flexible audio and video support for satellite and overflow areas. We installed four digital signage stations for clear communication and wayfinding, and managed rehearsals, show operations, and the full strike and loadout.
The outcome
The event unfolded with a calm, steady rhythm that matched the tone of the programming. Thoughtful coordination ensured presenters had everything they needed without distracting from the intimate environment TNP values. Overflow AV support allowed the experience to extend gracefully beyond the main tent, and clear signage and reliable technical execution helped the entire gathering feel connected and intentional.
