MCPHS University Commencement
5,000+ guests supported across three major regional venues, with stadium-capable audio and daylight-viewable LED production maintained at every stop.
- 5,000Attendees
MCPHS University brought Stagedge on to support large-scale commencement ceremonies across major regional venues, beginning at Gillette Stadium and later moving to the DCU Center and Leader Bank Pavilion. Each venue came with its own structural, power, and broadcast demands, requiring a system design that could adapt without losing consistency.
The challenge
Moving a commencement ceremony between a stadium, an arena, and a pavilion year over year means no two venues share the same power infrastructure, sightlines, or broadcast setup. MCPHS needed a production partner who could deliver the same level of clarity and professionalism at every venue, with disciplined project management to match.
What we delivered
Stagedge deployed stadium-scale audio and LED screens, multi-camera IMAG, and livestream production at every venue, backed by integrated graphics and playback systems. Dedicated rehearsal and name-reading workflow management kept ceremony timing on track, while redundant generator power and licensed electrical oversight protected the broadcast from any disruption. At venues with back-to-back ceremonies, Stagedge managed a full, controlled system reset within a compressed turnaround window to keep both events running on schedule.
The outcome
MCPHS commencement ceremonies have achieved clarity, scale, and professional broadcast standards across every venue the university has used. Redundant systems and structured oversight have protected ceremony flow at each stop, while adaptable system design has let MCPHS move between stadium, arena, and pavilion without ever compromising production quality or institutional presence.
