bioMérieux’s NACOM brought teams together for three days of keynotes, breakouts, and connection at The Diplomat. Stagedge created a general-session environment designed to bring attendees into the brand without overwhelming them — using light, color, and clean visual lines to guide the experience. Daily walk-in looks and a high-energy opener set the tone for a strong, focused week, and across the program our team supported registration, tracking, and production to keep everything running smoothly.

The challenge

A three-day conference for 2,500+ in-person and virtual attendees across North America needed a clear, confident brand presence that carried through each day of programming — a stage environment that focused the audience on the message while giving the show a modern, polished look, plus the logistics backbone to coordinate breakouts and track attendance across the program.

The Stagedge solution

We designed a general-session stage using CYC panels, architectural lighting, and a full LED system, and created a custom event site and app with on-site registration and attendee tracking. We produced a dynamic opening experience to energize the audience and establish momentum, delivered general-session production support including lighting, playback, recording, and presenter services, and coordinated breakout AV with the in-house vendor to ensure consistency across all rooms.
