ADI’s Global Technology Conference returned to an in-person format with a hybrid mindset across the BCEC and Omni Boston Seaport. Stagedge supported the full in-person production while delivering a complete digital experience at the same time. The team built a 120-foot curved LED environment and room-wrapping visuals that carried ADI’s story with bold, intentional impact. The program reached 2,500 onsite attendees and a global remote audience through synchronized streaming, supported by a full schedule of breakouts, workshops, demos, and expo moments — reaching 10,000+ across both audiences.

The challenge

A flagship technology conference returning in person, with a hybrid mindset, needed to balance scale and intimacy — delivering a complete in-person production across two venues while simultaneously serving a global remote audience with a clear, uninterrupted experience including fully captioned keynotes.

The Stagedge solution

We designed a general-session environment featuring a 120-foot curved LED wall and LED ribbons, and produced a multimedia opening sequence that honored ADI’s past and future. Our team delivered hybrid broadcast programming with thoughtful transitions and picture-in-picture layouts, supported seven breakout tracks per day with projection, audio, and presenter services, and captured on-site footage to create a closing highlights video.

The outcome

GTC balanced scale and intimacy with visuals that reinforced the story instead of competing with it. The hybrid delivery provided global audiences with a clear, uninterrupted experience, including fully captioned keynotes. Consistent breakout support across both venues kept presenters confident and the program moving smoothly. The closing highlight reel created a thoughtful moment of reflection and reinforced the lasting impact of the week.
