What We Do
Stagedge is a full-service event production company based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. We plan, design, and produce live, virtual, and hybrid events for corporate clients across New England and the United States, managing every technical and logistical detail from the first planning call through final strike.
For 50 years, organizations have trusted us with high-impact events where the message matters and the production has to perform. You get one experienced team, one clear point of contact, and no gaps between planning, creative, content, and technical execution.
We partner with corporate event planners, marketing and brand teams, and event agencies in biopharma, technology, finance, and healthcare. These are high-stakes industries where clear communication, careful planning, and calm execution make all the difference.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does full-service event production actually include?
It includes everything from pre-production planning and site surveys through load-in, technical rehearsals, live event execution, and strike. Audio, video, lighting, staging, scenic, rigging, labor, and logistics, all under one roof. You get a single point of contact who knows the whole picture, not a patchwork of vendors who've never worked together.
How far in advance should I contact Stagedge for a corporate event?
For a large-scale conference or multi-day event, six to twelve months is ideal, especially if you need custom scenic or a complex A/V setup. For smaller events, eight to twelve weeks is usually workable. That said, we've turned around high-stakes events in tight windows. Reach out early; if we can make it happen, we will.
Do you handle events outside of Boston and New England?
Yes. While we're headquartered in Tewksbury, MA, we produce events across the country and have served clients in more than 25 countries. Our crew travels, our gear travels, and our planning process is built around remote coordination. Boston is home base. The work happens everywhere.
Can Stagedge work with our existing venue's in-house A/V team?
Absolutely. We work alongside in-house teams regularly. Every venue has its own setup, quirks, and relationships. We'll do the advance coordination, make sure the scope is clearly divided, and show up ready to collaborate. Friction between vendors doesn't serve anyone, so we go out of our way to prevent it.
What types of corporate events do you produce most often?
National sales conferences, annual meetings, product launches, leadership summits, award galas, investor days, and large-scale town halls. We also support biopharma advisory boards, medical education events, and healthcare congresses, formats that require precision, compliance sensitivity, and discretion.
How do you handle last-minute changes or things going wrong on-site?
We plan for them. Every show brief includes contingency prep: backup systems, redundant signal paths, spare gear, and a crew that's drilled on what to do when the script changes at 7am. The goal isn't to avoid surprises (they happen), it's to be so prepared that the audience never knows.
What's the difference between Stagedge and a venue's preferred A/V vendor?
A preferred vendor optimizes for the venue's setup. We optimize for your event. We bring our own gear, our own crew, and a perspective built on producing hundreds of events across dozens of venues. We're not here to protect a venue relationship. We're here to make your event work exactly the way you need it to.
Do you offer event production services for virtual or hybrid formats?
Yes, and it's built into how we think about every event now. Studio-quality broadcast, multi-camera switching, live streaming infrastructure, and remote audience platforms are all part of our production toolkit. We can produce a fully virtual event, a hybrid format with a live anchor audience, or anything in between.
