Event Technician (Part-time/On-call)

Stagedge is seeking an eager, responsible, and dependable Event Technician to support several hotel venues in Portsmouth, NH and the surrounding area.

What you’ll do

• Lead or assist on site at events with setup, operation, and teardown of production and event equipment in a hotel setting.
• Set up and operate audio and video equipment in a hotel setting.
• Move equipment on site, including some heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more.

What you’ll bring

• A general AV background with 1 to 3 years of technical experience in the meetings and events industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability, reliability, and a flexible schedule.

Schedule

Hours vary weekly during peak months and may include nights and weekends. Minimum weekly hours offered.
