Stagedge is seeking a part-time HR Manager with the opportunity to move to full time. The HR Manager will have hands-on responsibility related to benefit administration, staffing and will support other day to day HR activities.
This role will lead the administration of all company benefit programs (medical, dental, 401k, time off, leaves, disability, life), ensure HRIS is maintained with all employee changes for payroll and will be responsible to prepare weekly, monthly, ad-hoc and/or compliance related HR reports.
The HR Manager will also support and be involved with all other aspects of HR including staffing, performance management, new hire onboarding, compensation and rewards, policy administration and training and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in HR and have a strong understanding of the various HR disciplines.
This position is ideal for someone looking to apply their knowledge and experience to a small company with the opportunity to recommend and implement new ideas and/or processes as applicable with goal of ensuring a positive employee experience throughout all phases of employment.
Strong knowledge of administering benefits and ensuring proper record keeping and time sensitive deadlines for compliance purposes is required. The individual must have strong computer skills and comfortable with utilizing social media for job postings.
Experience working with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR/PR system is required. This role requires strong attention to detail, high level of organizational and time management skills as well as to work professionally and maintain confidentiality.
This role will be a combination of remote work and onsite office hours as part of the scheduled week.
