Director Sales & Marketing

The Stagedge team is seeking a passionate, innovative and hands on Sales & Marketing leader to manage the Sales Discovery process, coach and support the sales team and manage our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, high energy, detail oriented, process- oriented mindset and work well in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines.

  • This role is critical to both corporate strategy and to the sales team who are front and center in working with prospects and clients to provide solutions for successful events.
  • In this role, the Sales & Marketing Director will work with the Sales team using experience and perspective to guide the sales process; would drive and manage the CRM application to improve team member and process success; would manage the relationship with our Vendor Marketing team; develop a marketing strategy; support the sales team with the right materials for client engagement and presentations in collaboration with our Director of Solutions.
  • This role will be well supported by an internal team of industry and subject matter experts.  

Candidate must have strong writing skills; presentation skills; proficiency specifically in use of HubSpot, as well as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Keynote, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms and Video Platforms.

10+ years- demonstrated experience managing/leading sales and marketing functions. Experience in the meeting and events industry is preferred.
